Charlotte to go to the same school as George

CHARLOTTE is to join her older brother, Prince George, at his London school from September.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s four-year-old daughter will become a pupil at Thomas’s Battersea in south London.

As she is their second child at the school, William and Kate will get a discount on term fees – down to £6,305 from £6,429.

It had been widely expected that Charlotte, who is currently a pupil at The Willcocks Nursery, just around the corner from Kensington Palace, would follow in her big brother’s footsteps as he has settled in so well there. The school, situated in the heart of what is known as ‘Nappy Valley’, teaches that kindness is as important as academic success.

Head Simon O’Malley said he was delighted William and Kate had decided Charlotte should join the school. George, five, has been there since September 2017.

Meanwhile new father Prince Harry has spent his first night away from his new son, Archie, flying to Italy to take part in a polo match raising funds for his Sentebale charity in Rome.
