The singer’s family said Fielder-Civil ‘deserves nothing’. A source told the Sun that Fielder-Civil had spent vast quantities of Miss Winehouse’s money before they divorced, and was in prison for part of their turbulent relationship.

‘To give him another penny would be too much,’ the source said. Miss Winehouse’s after-tax assets of Tragedy: Fielder-Civil and Amy £2.94million went to her parents after her death, but the value of her estate has grown from royalties.

Fielder-Civil revealed in 2013 that he introduced her to hard drugs.
