SEASON FINALE

Outlander, 9pm, More4

THE third series concludes with a thrilling episode that propels Claire into a head-on collision with Geillis, who is now properly insane. That story reaches its end about halfway through and with a detail that cleverly ties the story back on itself — but there’s more to come, and it all builds to a spine-tingling finale. Outlander will return.

Vicky Pattison: No Filter, 10pm, Quest Red

THE I’m A Celebrity winner stars in her own reality series, the title of which feels redundant — Vicky has never looked like she’s biting her tongue, and that’s part of what makes her so good to watch on TV. In part one, the straight-talking Geordie has weight problems. (Freeview 38, Sky 149, Virgin 215)
