Mobility menace

I AM accustomed to nearly getting knocked over by cyclists jumping the red lights. But the other evening, a gentleman rushed pass me in his mobility scooter and came close enough to break the chain of my keyring that was hanging from my bag.

Everyone moans about cyclists but it seems some of those on motorised wheels allowed are just as bad. BARBARACABLE, LondonSE5.
