Your group, with 45 hotels, n is completing its new resort in Sicily: what are its key elements? It is the only five-star all-inclusive beachfront hotel with direct access to a private beach, in a strategic position to reach all of Sicily’s tourist locations. It has 469 rooms, from sea-view suites to family rooms and a presidential suite, with a number of thematic restaurants and a ‘dine around’ buffet. What makes a hotel truly n five star? Are there any new features n you have focused on with this renovation? n Sustainability is a key concern for travellers in 2020. How are your hotels addressing this ? Our group gives significant weight to this issue. Rooms will have an electricity and air-conditioning control system, we will encourage our guests to use linen and towels more than once, use glass rather than plastic, and use recyclable materials, wherever possible. We do not exclude using renewable energy sources in the near future, too. n What is your personal favourite holiday destination? I love relaxing holidays in contact with nature, especially in seaside resorts. n What are the main five things you take with you on holiday? A swimsuit, a good book, a device for music, an elegant outfit for a nice occasion, and a credit card!
