ICED BERRY SHAKE

CHOOSE any frozen fruit you like for this cool shake. Make sure your blender is sturdy enough to crush ice.
25g full-fat live Greek yoghurt
75ml semi-skimmed milk
40g frozen mixed berries, such as strawberries and blueberries
½ medium banana, peeled and roughly chopped
1 tbsp jumbo porridge oats 5g ground almonds 2 tbsp cold water PUT all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add more water, if necessary, if the shake is too thick.
