A HANDFUL of Charlton fans turned up at the luxury London flat of executive chairman Matt Southall after his address was posted online by the club’s majority shareholder Tahnoon Nimer. It represents a new twist in an ongoing civil war at the Championship club, whose long-term future is in doubt after Nimer suspended his funding until Southall steps down. The Syrian businessman, who encouraged fans to visit Southall, has accused the chairman of misusing club funds. Southall denies the allegation.
