MY WIFE and I paid £179 for two easyJet flights to Venice, Italy. With the Foreign Office advising against all but essential travel, we want a refund. But the airline says we can only have vouchers.

I have since paid in full, but Vodafone has now passed my account to a debt collector and is threatening to terminate my contracts and send bailiffs to recover the costs.
