I LAUGHED at the mozzarella cheese coming from Monza (Peterborough). A girlfriend asked me in an Italian restaurant what milk it’s made from: goat, sheep or whatever? I told her it came from mosquito milk, hence the name. It took some explaining as to how you milk a mosquito, but she believed me in the end. I hope she sees this and has a chuckle.
