Denied family hugs

-

BORIS’S bubbles are a perfect example of what not to do.

My young great-grandchildren, whom I love dearly, are in two families.

I used to do the school run and one would stay with me at weekends. How do you tell small children one is preferred to the other? The only solution is to see neither.

PETER WINDLE, Waterlooville, Hants. Can someone explain the logic of only single grandparents being able to see and socialise with their grandchildren? It is traumatic and mentally distressing for couples to be denied the joy of seeing their grandchildren.

Yet another example of this Government’s muddled thinking, which benefits a few and harms the many.

PAuL STANLEY, Brackley, Northants.
