centre of Sir Ed Davey’s campaign to become the next LibDem leader is a £150 billion ‘green’ revolution, saying Boris Johnson doesn’t care about the issue. Davey, Climate Change Secretary under David Cameron, was author of the LibDem manifesto commitment to ‘reduce the climate impact of flying by reforming the taxation of international flights to focus on those who fly the most’.

The same Ed Davey has taken £16,500 of donations to his leadership campaign from Chris and Tina Leach, who run private jet rental company Air Charter.
