Can’t afford big projects

IF tHE Chancellor is short of cash, the obvious thing to do is postpone Hs2 and the third runway at Heathrow. people will not be travelling to the same extent for the foreseeable future, so why not use the billions tied up in these projects to support the economy and reduce the debt?
