What you are missing

- Career · Greenhithe

HOw I would hate to look back on my life without having experienced a working environment involving daily interaction with my colleagues.

there are lots of things you can’t learn from looking at a screen, such as realising your capabilities and respecting other people.

I would not be the person I am today without a career in a workplace rather than at home.

Get back to the office and relish your job for what it gives you apart from a salary. JEAN McNAMARA, Greenhithe, Kent. tO aLL those who refuse to go back to the office, I’d like to ask: How were you taught your job?

My 19-year- old grandson, on an apprenticeship with a financial firm, has been made redundant because no one will come in to the office to mentor him.

Name and address supplied.
