IN PART three, we learn who Suzie (Billie Piper) had the affair with, and it’s a tricky revelation because he’s not a bad guy. In fact, no one in this series is totally sympatheti­c or unsympathe­tic — except Suzie’s blameless son — which is what makes it interestin­g to watch.

METAL MAYHEM Forged In Fire: Beat The Judges, 9pm, Sky History

BLADE forgers look pretty rock ’n’ roll by nature — it’s the beards — and the finale to this OTT contest takes that overlap and turns it up to 11 as the contenders pit their treasured blades against steel guitar strings. The noise that comes from the collision of the two is deafening.
