GRACE FISK (West Ham, 22)

The defender impressed in her first five West Ham appearances after signing in January and earned her first England call-up the following month.

The forward signed her first professional contract in April and has nailed down her place in pre-season. She has 12 goals in 13 games for England’s U19s.
