THIS week, Mary is in Ireland, pootling along Cork’s famous butter roads — in a motorcycle sidecar — in search of culinary inspiration. After some hearty soup, a slug of whiskey and a slice of cake that can tell fortunes, Mary heads home to make slow-cooked pork with colcannon and crackling. Yum!
