In The same way you assume women who had their pension ages ‘ must have known’ about the proposed changes, Ann hogarth (Letters), you have obviously missed the admission from the Government that they did not notify all the women affected and thought that adverts in papers showing the backs of two dogs exchanging a conversation about raising women’s pension ages would be sufficient to let them know. It wasn’t.
