That’s a strict regime, Oti!

YOU can’t become a Strictly Come Dancing champion without putting in some serious hours.

But Oti Mabuse goes beyond the definition of dedication – getting up to start work as early as 2am.

The professional dancer, 30, who won the BBC show with former Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher last year, revealed her secret to success as she graced the cover of Women’s Health magazine.

‘I was up at three in the morning today and just started working,’ she said.

‘I get like that when I’m in work mode: when I’m really going for it... sometimes, I’ll start working at two in the morning and then I’ll go back to bed [for a bit] and start working again at 8am.’ Miss Mabuse, who is partnered with comedian Bill Bailey this year, said she follows the advice of mentor Tony Robbins, who helps her to approach tough situations ‘with a little more awareness’.

She said: ‘I think once you’re aligned – your head and your mind and your heart and your soul – then you can feel good, then you can be creative.’
