‘Sausage King’ killed in sauna with crossbow

A RUSSIAN oligarch known as ‘the Sausage King’ was murdered in his home sauna with a crossbow.

A masked gang stormed the home of meat tycoon, Vladimir Marugov, 54, about 25 miles west of Moscow.

He and his girlfriend Sabina Gaziyeva were in a standalone sauna on the estate. Miss Gaziyeva, 36, managed to escape and call for help.

When officers arrived they found Mr Marugov dead in the sauna, along with the crossbow used to shoot him. The gang had demanded cash and Mr Muragov had been tortured, it was reported.
