Race for honours
WHY is there so much fuss about Lewis Hamilton not receiving a knighthood?
All he has done is drive a racing car faster than any other driver and spoken out on racism and equality a few times. Honours should be for people who go far and above what is normally expected.
Think of those who year after year make a difference to other people’s lives and help to make our world a much better place.
Unfortunately, all too often they are overlooked for honours in favour of so-called celebrities, sports stars and former MPs.
