ECONOMY
■ Rishi Sunak warned of an 'economic emergency' after the pandemic has passed
■ Economy projected to shrink by 11.3 per cent this year - the largest fall for three centuries
■ Three lost years of growth: The economy will not return to its pre-crisis level until the end of 2022
■ Unemployment set to reach 7.5 per cent next spring, with 2.6million out of work

PUBLIC SECTOR PAY
■ 1.3million public sector workers will see pay frozen in 2021/22
■ But more than 2million earning less than £24,000 will get a minimum £250 increase
■ More than 1million doctors, nurses and other NHS workers will also get a pay rise
AIDAND PUBLIC SPENDING
■ Overseas aid budget to be cut from 0.7 per cent to 0.5 per cent of national income - a fall of around £4billion
■ But we could revert to 0.7 per cent target in 2022/23
