Growing in stature at the heart of City’s defence. Didn’t put a foot wrong for Guardiola’s team. OLEKS ZINCHENKO A rare Premier League start for the left back but he didn’t look out of place as City dominated.

Influential in the engine room to help City’s midfield control the game. ILKAY GUNDOGAN Supreme in midfield, his excellent goal to put City ahead the highlight of a brilliant display. BERNARDO SILVA Kept things ticking over beautifully for City. Saw plenty of the ball and hardly wasted a ball.
RAHEEM STERLING
Rampant in attack for Guardiola’s team. Chelsea’s defence had no answer to his bursts.
