Outofthe mouths of babes

OUR great-granddaughter Abigail, age six, was given a toy dog and named it Cumberland. When asked why, she replied, in that voice that children use when they think the answer is blatantly obvious: ‘Because he’s a sausage dog.’ her father is a butcher.
