Hit celebs where it hurts
I’M SICK of reality TV stars, sports people and celebrities who blatantly flout the coronavirus rules. They act as if their wealth and fame excludes them from the restrictions that apply to the rest of us.
Once their rule-breaking becomes public, it is followed by a grovelling apology, no doubt written by their agent or manager.
Their rule-breaking is an affront to those suffering from this virus and their disregard should be met by a strong response.
Large financial penalties mean nothing to them. Losing their passports would disrupt their cosseted lives and help them to realise being a member of our society is worth more than their privilege and wealth.
