KIA’S best value car is the new generation Picanto from £11,000 for the Picanto ‘1’ with a 1.0-litre petrol engine offering 58.9mpg fuel economy. You may be tempted by the range-topping turbocharged Picanto GTLine S with a 99bhp 1.0-litre turbo engine and 16in alloy wheels at £15,800. SKODA FABIA
