Body found after boy’s bridge fall
A BODY has been found in the Thames by police hunting for a 13-year-old schoolboy who fell from Tower Bridge into the river ten days ago.
Formal identification has yet to take place, but he has been named locally as Zaheid Ali, a pupil at the Ark Globe Academy in Elephant and Castle, south London. Zaheid took his normal bus route to school on April 20, but got off by the bridge before his usual stop and is then thought to have fallen into the water.
His sister wrote on Twitter: ‘Why didn’t you seek help from your big sister? We were going through similar problems.’
