Our big day could move five times

-

TrUDIE Webb and Elliot Banks (above) are ready to reschedule their wedding for a fifth time if they are not allowed to celebrate with 120 of their friends and family.

The couple, from North Bradley in Wiltshire, thought they would finally wed on July 23 but after yesterday’s announcement they are ready to move their £28,000 wedding again.

Miss Webb, 31, who works in finance, said: ‘This was the closest we got to having the wedding but it won’t be a wedding with all these restrictions.’

She has been in a relationship with Mr Banks, 29, for eight years and they were engaged in 2108. They planned to marry at The Manor at Old Down Estate in Bristol on May 2, 2020. They moved the date to September 19 and had to reschedule it again to June 4 this year.

Once they heard restrictions were set to be lifted on June 21, they told guests the wedding would go ahead in July.

Miss Webb said it would ‘ break my heart to have to reschedule again’ but added that she was willing to go through with it to have day she dreamed of.
