Red scarpet! Ewan’s girl attacked by dog before her movie premiere

EWAN McGregor’s daughter Clara proved the show really must go on as she took to the red carpet after being savaged by a dog.

The actress, 25, said she was bitten on the face just before she was due at the premiere of her latest film The Birthday Cake at the Mob Museum in Las Vegas.

Miss McGregor, who wore a cream Fendi suit, shared pictures of her scarred nose and cheeks on Instagram and joked: ‘Make-up courtesy of dog teeth.’

Another picture showed her on a hospital bed with the caption: ‘When a dog bite lands you in the ER 30 minutes before the red carpet.’ Miss McGregor stars alongside her father, 50, in the mob drama which she co-produced.

The project comes two years after she publicly criticised McGregor for leaving her mother Eve Mavrakis for Mary Elizabeth Winstead, his co-star in TV drama Fargo – but she later backtracked on her comments.
