Hold-ups on set? It’s just water under the Bridgerton

Magical mini menagerie that shows great creatures come in (very) small sizes

FILMING on the second series of Bridgerton resumed yesterday after halting for a third time due to Covid.

Production of the hit Netflix drama paused on Sunday after some of the crew tested positive.

The cast looked happy and relaxed in pictures from the set in Buckinghamshire, obtained by the Daily Mail before the cameras stopped rolling.

They suggest eldest Bridgerton sibling Anthony faces a turbulent time in his quest for romance.

Potential love interest Kate Sharma, played by Simone Ashley, is seen enjoying a rowing trip opposite a character called Mister Dorset.

Kate’s younger half-sister Edwina enters the fray, causing tension and a lot more. Kate and Anthony spar as he tries to secure Edwina’s hand but end up falling in love in the drama based on Julia Quinn’s book The Viscount Who Loved Me. This is the biggest role yet for Miss Ashley, 26, who is best known for another Netflix hit Sex Education and ITV thriller The Sister. Filming began in the spring but stopped twice in July before the latest brief pause.

THESE tiny animals are so cute it’s little wonder that they have become huge hits on the internet.

From miniature marsupials to charming chameleons and pint-sized pythons, the only things they have in common are a love of perching on someone’s hand and posing for the camera.

All the creatures are featured on social media platform Reddit, where people post close-up pictures of their pets and wild finds in the section Tiny Animals On Fingers.

The craze has become so popular that the sub-group already has more than 80,000 members.

So hands up if you think these are some of the most magical images you have ever seen.

The little beauties are definitely worth holding on to.
