TODAY’S RECIPE: Speedy sausage stroganoff tagliatelle
SATISFYING family dinner. Serves: 4.
Ingredients
20 g butter Olive oil, for drizzling 6 pork sausages 350 g chestnut mushrooms, sliced 1 tsp smoked paprika 300 ml soured cream ½ tbsp wholegrain
mustard 150 ml beef stock 400 g dried tagliatelle Small bunch of parsley, chopped
Method
1 Heat butter and oil. Squeeze sausagemeat out of skins and into pan. Cook for 7 minutes. Add mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in paprika, cook for 1 minute, add soured cream, mustard and stock. Simmer and season. 2 Cook pasta to pack instructions. Drain and toss pasta with sauce along with half of the parsley. Serve with remaining parsley on top.
