Speaking on the Made by Mammas podcast, the mother of one said: ‘In england it’s very much snacking – I have to say that’s going to be something difficult for me to try to introduce. ‘In France you have breakfast, lunch – Le Gouter, at 4pm – and then dinner later. But because in england my daughter is going to see all of the children snacking on something, and she’s going to be like “Where is my snack?” In France you don’t snack. You just have your meals... at ten, you might have an apple, then lunch, le gouter, at four...’ Miss Lagreve, who was brought up in Brittany, added: ‘It’s l’art de la table, you know? You’re just sitting at the table with all your friends and family and you spend five hours. You have appetisers, starter, main, cheese, dessert...’

She finished as a quarter-finalist on series nine of The Great British Bake off in 2018.
