IS INSTAGRAM to blame for wrecking the lives of teenage girls (femail) or might it be poor parenting?

Many children are given mobile phones at too young an age and are allowed to spend far too long using them without parental supervision or awareness of what they are doing.

The best present to give a child is not a phone, but your time.
