Is Priti doing a good job as Home Secretary?

-

HOME Secretary Priti Patel intends to lock up the eco mob (Mail). To borrow a few football expressions, she talks a good game but needs to show us her medals. It’s time for real action, Priti, or you’re getting sacked in the morning.

DAVE DISS, Telford, Shropshire. WEll done, Priti Patel, for pledging to stand up to the eco mob.

GEOFFREY BROOKING, Havant, Hants. THE Home Secretary has tried relentlessly to solve the migrant problem in the Channel and received constant criticism for failing to solve the situation. Have any of her critics come up with a viable solution?

BARRY GOTTLIEB, Margate, Kent.

AM I the only person who feels Priti Patel is unfairly criticised for her initiatives in a very difficult job? Yes, some of her measures have not been successful, but they appear correct in their focus. she is always being thwarted by civil servants, public officials, woke lefties or foreign governments, which means she is unable to implement her plans.

N. PETER SuTCLIFFE, Durham. IT’S to be hoped Priti Patel has more success in dealing with the M25 protesters than in stopping migrants crossing the Channel.

R. ANDREWS, Chorley, Lancs. HErE we go again! Priti Patel has said action will be taken against the Insulate Britain mob. How many times has she said this about migrants, but nothing is done? How is she still in office when anyone else with her poor record would have been removed long ago?

COLIN GRIMMER, Lowestoft, Suffolk. PRITI PATEL certainly talks a good fight. I’m looking forward to seeing what she does — if something is achieved.

DAVID OAKLEY, Alicante, Costa Blanca.
