Not all gloom and doom

IN CONTRAST to all the doom and gloom about the lack of faceto-face appointments with doctors, I rang my surgery at 8.15am about an excruciating pain in my leg.

I was asked to attend at 9.20am, medication was prescribed and delivered to me at 2.30pm. Fantastic service all round.
