THEY may look genteel and ladylike but these sisters promise to inject plenty of raunch into the latest series of Bridgerton.
The photo of Edwina and Kate Sharma was released yesterday by Netflix to offer fans a teasing first glimpse of the second season of the hit show.
A second picture was also revealed showing Anthony Bridgerton, played by Jonathan Bailey, who will be on a quest for love and a wife. He tries to gain the hand of Edwina, played by relative newcomer Charithra Chandran, but meets resistance from Kate, portrayed by Sex Education’s Simone Ashley. However the tension between Anthony and Kate leads to the adversaries falling madly in love.
Filming began in the spring but stopped in July and this month after some of the crew tested positive for Covid. A release date has yet to be revealed.
