÷THE funeral of Liverpool and England legend Roger Hunt will take place at 11am tomorrow at Liverpool Cathedral.

World Cup winner Hunt, whose 285 goals for Liverpool between 1958 and 1969 put him second on their all-time top scorers’ list after Ian Rush, passed away at the age of 83 last month. As a mark of respect, his hearse will pause outside Anfield at around 10.20am tomorrow on its journey to the cathedral. Members of the public are welcome to attend the service. ÷DIOGO JOTA is a doubt for Liverpool’s trip to Watford on Saturday after he was sent home from internatio­nal duty with Portugal suffering from a muscle injury. ÷N’GOLO KANTE and Reece James are in contention to return for Chelsea’s trip to Brentford on Saturday. Kante has recovered after testing positive for Covid-19, while right back James has shaken off an ankle injury.
