SHAW’S BOOT WAS HIGH AND DANGEROUS

IT WAS a clear penalty. Luke Shaw played the ball with a high foot and kicked Loic Nego. It was a dangerous act from the England left back because the Hungary attacker was coming in to head the ball. The incident was inside the 18-yard box, so England could have no complaints about Spanish referee Alejandro Hernandez awarding a spot-kick.
