Don’t over-share

As a fellow breast cancer sufferer, I have the utmost sympathy for TV presenter Julia bradbury.

However, I don’t understand her need to share by posting on social media a picture after her recent mastectomy operation.

All cancer sufferers have a journey to navigate, with many facing delayed operation dates, and sadly we won’t all get to choose an outcome.

I hope Julia’s recovery — bolstered by her family’s love and care — is now private.
