Family night at movies for newly single Sadie and her cast of four
SHE recently split from her boyfriend – but Sadie Frost was not short of support at the premiere of her directorial debut.
The actress, 56, posed for some rare pictures with her four children at the event in Chelsea on Wednesday.
With her were Rafferty, 25, Iris, 20 and Rudy, 19, her children by second husband Jude Law, and Finlay, 31, her son by first husband Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet.
Miss Frost dazzled in a dark gold metallic pleated oneshoulder gown with ruffled detailing, while crop-haired Iris, an actress and model, chose a floral print black dress with a halter neck.
The group were among guests at the Everyman cinema for Miss Frost’s documentary Quant, which follows the rise of renowned designer Mary Quant, now 91 – often credited with the invention of the mini skirt.
Speaking at the premiere Miss Frost said: ‘I wanted to keep her legacy alive because she’s such an amazing woman. She’s done so much for women, so much for fashion.’
Earlier this week Miss Frost revealed she had recently split from businessman boyfriend, Darren Strowger, after the pair moved in together.
‘It’s all amicable, there’s no drama, no stress,’ she told the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella Magazine. I’ve decided to spend time on my own because of all my life changes ... I want to live the life I want to live.
‘Maybe it sounds incredibly selfish, but my kids are finally [at an age where] I don’t have to worry about them, and I’m on a mission for me.
‘I’ve been in relationships for a long time and I’m quite happy being on my own right now. It feels really good.’
