CLINT EASTWOOD’S third Dirty Harry outing finds the dogged cop having a very bad day, not because of the terrorists he’s got to catch, but because he’s been assigned a female partner (Tyne Daly). A woman’s influence is no bad thing, and it doesn’t mean that this macho franchise goes soft in any way.
