Top Gun Tom is set for take off
Tom Cruise’s parting gift to cast and crew members working on his mission: impossible 7 film was to put on a screening of his Top Gun sequel, maverick. Film crews are notoriously hard to please when it comes to watching movies, so i was struck by the favourable comments made by a couple of technicians i bumped into on the set of another film, being shot in Hertfordshire. According to them, Top Gun: maverick is a ‘sheer fun adventure’. i look forward to seeing it early next year — and mi7 next
september. By which time mi8 will already be shooting.
