IF you are attending The Fashion Awards, naturally you have to look the part. So stars arriving at the Royal Albert Hall last night provided a parade of haute couture. Ex-Doctor Who star Billie Piper, 39, wore a powder blue Vivienne Westwood bustier gown with towering silver platform shoes. Former tennis champion Maria Sharapova, 34, showed she has bottle with a dress of recycled plastic – a collaboration between Evian and Dutch designer Iris Van Herpen. Made from more than 800 plastic water bottles, it took 750 hours to make. Singer Pixie Lott, 30, made sure she was noticed in thigh-high boots with gold toes. Jenna Coleman, 35, was elegant in a Grecian-style dress while Jude Law’s actress daughter Iris, 21, wore a corset top and organza skirt covered in silver chains.
