SIR Paul McCartney once sang Twist And Shout, and it would seem that his ex-wife Heather Mills can still bend with the best of them.

Showing off her prowess at yoga, the 53-year-old businesswoman, who was awarded £24.3 million following her bitter divorce battle from Sir Paul, says: ‘Stay flexible in your mind, not just your body... otherwise you will spend half of your life creating wealth and the other half spending it on your health.’
