We have left your parcel ... in a ravine

HUNDREDS of parcels have been found in a ravine after allegedly being dumped there by a FedEx driver.

The 400 packages were piled up in woods near the town of Hayden in Alabama. Sheriff Mark Moon said investigators had spoken with delivery company FedEx and questioned an employee.

The firm said the staff member involved was no longer working for them. FedEx sent ‘multiple trucks and drivers’ to the woods, about 30 miles north of Birmingham, to retrieve the parcels so they could finally be delivered to their owners.
