EVERTON EYE LOAN DEAL FOR EL GHAZI
■EVERTON have proposed a five-month loan for Aston Villa winger Anwar El Ghazi (right) with Villa asking for a £15million permanent sale. As Sportsmail reported on Monday, talks have advanced between the clubs over a £25 million deal for Lucas Digne. El Ghazi was mentioned in discussions, but Everton want the winger’s move kept separate from any deal for their left back.

Philippe Coutinho’s arrival last night and are closing in on a deal worth up to £2m for Dundee United defender Kerr Smith. Villa midfielder Aaron Ramsey, 18, has joined Cheltenham on loan.
