WFH US spy left UK military files online
A US spy left British military secrets online after he uploaded them so that he could work from home, it has been reported.
Adam Sitzes included details of the RAF’s £12 million Typhoon jets, exposed arms deals and named top officials and counterterror staff in the UK, Nato and Ukraine.
It is feared Mr Sitzes, who is a US Air Force worker in his 40s, forgot about the unencrypted dossier after he uploaded it to file-sharing website Trello in 2020 and gave it public access so he could view it on any device while working from home.
A source told The Sun newspaper: ‘He’s likely to face an immediate investigation.’ Whitehall was informed of the breach and all files have since been removed.
