PICTURED for the first time since reports she has split from her husband, Thandiwe Newton appears to have found a new leading man.

The 49-year-old Line Of Duty star put on a very public display of affection with musician Lonr, 25, as they walked in the street in Malibu, California, at the weekend.

Miss Newton, who was not wearing her wedding ring, kissed and held hands with the singer, real name Elijah Dias. It seemingly confirms the end of Miss Newton’s 24-year marriage to British film

director Ol Parker, with whom she has daughters Ripley, 21, and Nico, 17, and son Booker Jombe, eight.

Asked about their relationship, Lonr said: ‘From the relatively short time I’ve been fortunate to spend with her, I know Thandiwe and Oliver care deeply about the welfare of their children. That’s all I care about right now.’

It is not known how they met but his song Save My Love was used in the 2021 film Reminiscence, which starred Miss Newton.
