Putin’s fools

FrAnCe, Germany and other eU states used loopholes to continue selling arms to russia. Apparently, russia said the weapons were for civilian use. What they meant was they were to be used against civilians.

if the sales were not based on greed, then it shows a level of naivety that explains why Putin takes the West for weak-minded fools.
