Net zero nonsense

-

cAn the average person afford the Government’s Green utopia?

this net zero nonsense is trying to force millions of motorists down a car-buying path they don’t want to go down. Most of us can’t afford a new electric car and certainly won’t want to fork out £5,000 for a new battery just a few years down the line.

components used in electric cars are harmful to the planet because they require rare materials controlled by just a few countries.

So we are making the same mistake as with oil and gas supply by depending on high-polluting nations for these raw materials.

this idealism will not just ruin the motor industry, but the economy. It’s time for the Government to have a reality check.
