EMMA TUSTIN AND THOMAS HUGHES
THE killers of Arthur Labinjo-Hughes want their terms cut. But the Attorney General believes their sentences were unduly lenient and should be increased.
The six-year-old suffered a fatal brain injury at home in Solihull in June 2020 while in the care of stepmother Tustin, who was convicted of murder and handed a minimum term of 29 years. Meanwhile, the victim’s father Hughes was sentenced to 21 years for manslaughter.
